Return and refund policy

Big Sky Communications must be notified of any return within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. You can contact us by email at sales@bigskycommunications.com or by phone at 1-877-498-7998 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

You must send all returned item(s) in original received condition within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original paper work and/or order number with returned item(s). Upon our receipt of the item(s), you will receive a refund for the amount of the item(s) returned, shipping excluded. Once the returned item(s) are received, please allow seven Business Days for the credit to be processed. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please note that the Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless it's our error. If we shipped defective or wrong merchandise we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges and will exchange for proper merchandise.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns on coin cleaners and any other chemicals because we cannot be assured that they have not been contaminated.

Please note that customized items cannot be returned.

If your item(s) are returned after 30 days after date of purchase you will receive a Store Credit for the amount of the item(s). After 60 days of customer receipt of item(s) all sales are considered final.
